2017-11-27 · 16:15

Slovenia wins ahead of Johann Andre Forfang and Andreas Wellinger. Norway not to be beaten in the second team competition of the season.

With jumps of 140 m and 142 m, Jernej Damjan took the win against the world's elite. At the end he had a lead of 2.8 points over Johann Andre Forfang and Andreas Wellinger. Next to Wellinger is also Markus Eisenbichler (5th), as well as Richard Freitag (6th) and Stephan Leyhe (9th), who all finished in the Top 10.

In the team competition Norway was the dominant nation again. The Scandinavians have now won four consecutive team events - the final two of last season and the first two of this campaign. The teams of Japan and Germany were fighting for second place until the last jump. In the end, Germany managed to finish second.

Despite an outstanding jump of Stefan Kraft, the Austrian team could only reach fourth place. With 147.5 m he set a new hill record.
