Junshiro Kobayashi (JAP) wins both competitions in Hakuba on 26th and 27th August, and brought a dream weekend Japanese crowd. On Saturday the 26-year-old beat the Norwegian Kenneth Gangnes. Klemens Muranka from Poland secured the third place.

On the second day, Kobayashi defeated his younger brother Ryoyu. Anze Lanisek from Slovenia finished third.
