Karl Geiger and Ryoyu Kobayashi crowned themselves the absolute tour favorites with great jumps in Engelberg! With a victory and a second place Geiger travels to the Four-Hills-Tournament opener in Oberstdorf in the yellow jersey as overall leader.

Saturday - individual jumping

137 and 140 meters helped Karl Geiger to victory in the first jump on the Gross-Titlis hill! After the first round, 21-year-old Slovenian Timi Zajc seemed to have the competition in safe hands, but lost valuable meters in the final round and lined up in third place. Ahead of him on the podium: Japan's Ryoyu Kobayashi, just 0.8 points behind the strong winner, Karl Geiger. "I am very happy about the competition today. It was important for me after all, because I always tried to go one better to the competition. In the last weeks I didn't succeed so much, but today I did it again," said Geiger.

The Japanese scored a total of 306 points in Engelberg on Sunday and defeated the previous day's champion Karl Geiger from Oberstdorf who reached 293.8 points and Marius Lindvik from Norway who secured third place with 293.5 points.
